Devs Sue Activision Activision Sues EA
The fire between Ex Modern Warfare developers Jason West & Vincent Zampella and Activision has grown hotter. The two plaintiffs are accusing Activision of terminating their employment early in order to skip out on paying huge royalty fees. To the tune of a cool $125 million. Activision in turn has lashed out at the devs and EA. Activision is seeking $400 million from EA. In March a judged ruled Activision had sufficient claim against EA. On Tuesday a judge ruled the devs have sufficient claim against Activision. All this is enough to make your head spin round! Now as long as nobody settles out of court the battle will wage on indefinitely in a court of law. Will Activision win enough against EA to pay off the devs and add to it's coffers?
